1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the 553pub platform (including the website https://553pub.cam, mobile applications, and all associated services), you enter into a legally binding agreement with 553pub and its operators. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 553pub regarding your use of our services.

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through prominent notices on the platform, email notifications, or account dashboard alerts. Your continued use of 553pub services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use 553pub services. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 21 years of age or older and can provide valid government-issued identification to prove your age if requested.
• You are a legal resident of the Republic of the Philippines or are physically located within Philippine territory when accessing our services.
• Online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and you are not accessing our services from a location where online gambling is prohibited.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR, 553pub, or any other regulatory body.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any 553pub employee or contractor.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

553pub reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure with forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.

Each individual is permitted one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all funds and winnings. 553pub employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and will take appropriate action against violators.

2.3 Account Verification and KYC

As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, 553pub is legally required to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit verification documents including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, Postal ID, or National ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name and account details)
• Selfie photograph holding your ID and a handwritten note with the current date and "553pub" written clearly

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until satisfactory verification is completed. 553pub reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming requirements.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

553pub accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, online banking, over-the-counter payments, and cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and vary by payment method. All deposits are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. If your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number. 553pub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to verification of your identity and payment method. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification and may take longer to process. Standard withdrawal processing times are:

• GCash and PayMaya: 5–30 minutes for verified accounts
• Bank transfer: 1–3 business days
• Cryptocurrency: 1–24 hours depending on blockchain congestion

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 553pub reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

3.3 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

Bonuses and promotions offered by 553pub are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be accepted before claiming any bonus.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Example: A ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ₱30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or not at all.

553pub reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts in cases of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using unfair betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.

4. Game Rules and Fair Play

4.1 Game Integrity

All games on 553pub use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) tested and audited by independent third-party testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by 553pub or any player. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and volatility ratings are displayed in each game's information section.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using bots, automated software, or any third-party tools to place bets or play games
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities
• Engaging in fraudulent activity including chargeback fraud or using stolen payment methods
• Money laundering or using 553pub to transfer funds between accounts
• Sharing your account with third parties or allowing others to play on your behalf
• Using VPNs or proxy services to disguise your location

4.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects game outcomes, all affected bets and payouts will be void. 553pub will investigate all reported malfunctions and take corrective action, which may include refunding affected bets or adjusting player balances. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

553pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling addiction. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account dashboard.

Self-exclusion requests can be submitted through customer support and will be processed within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account, deposit funds, or place bets.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the 553pub platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the property of 553pub or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 553pub content without express written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. 553pub collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

By using 553pub, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your personal information to third parties. Your information may be shared with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and service providers as necessary to operate our platform and comply with legal obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

553pub and its operators, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions.

553pub operates on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for losses caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, third-party service provider failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 553pub and its operators, directors, employees, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you using your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

553pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, regulatory requirements, or business decisions. If your account is terminated for violation of terms, 553pub reserves the right to forfeit your account balance and any pending winnings.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of 553pub services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and 553pub.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English or Tagalog as mutually agreed. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
